We recommend booking your charter as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for peak seasons and popular dates. However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability, so feel free to reach out to us at any time.

What amenities are included on your yachts?

Our vessels are equipped with a variety of amenities to enhance your experience, including spacious lounging areas and state-of-the-art entertainment systems, and bars in addition to safety equipment such as life vests and first aid kit. Amenities may vary by vessel, so please inquire about your preferred charter for specific details.

Can I personalize my charter experience?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on offering personalized experiences tailored to your preferences. Whether you have specific dietary requirements, entertainment preferences, or special requests, our team will work closely with you to customize your charter to ensure an unforgettable experience.

Do you offer transportation to and from the yacht?

Transportation to and from the yacht is not included in our charter packages. However, we can assist you in arranging transportation services upon request, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Do you have a menu available for drinks, fruits, desserts, and dry nuts?

We regret to inform you that we do not offer a menu for drinks, fruits, desserts, or dry nuts at this time. However, if you have specific dietary preferences or requirements, please feel free to let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs during your event or excursion.

Do you offer extra crew members if needed?

Yes, we do offer extra crew members if needed, such as a barista, chef, or other staff members. Please let us know your requirements, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.

Do you offer help organizing events like birthdays or proposals?

Yes, we do offer assistance in organizing events such as birthdays or proposals.

What safety provisions are available onboard?

Yes, safety is our top priority. We provide life jackets and a first aid kit onboard for your safety and peace of mind.

What is the seasonality of your services?

Our services are available from March 15th to November 1st. It’s worth noting that unlike other companies that end their season in September, we extend our services until November 1st to provide you with more opportunities to enjoy our offerings.

Where is the boat anchored?

Our boat is anchored at “The Yard Park”. The exact location will be provided after you book.

Can people book the anchored boat for an event? What are the charges?

Yes, you can book the anchored boat for an event. However, regarding charges and availability, we are currently conducting research to develop a strategy that best suits our customers’ needs. Please stay tuned for updates on booking options and pricing.

Do you provide utensils, cups, or plates?

No, we do not provide utensils, cups, or plates. We recommend that you bring your own if needed for your event or excursion.

Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled service/event will receive a full refund of the balance payment.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund of the balance payment.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Deposits are required to secure your booking and cover administrative costs.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
